The Ilic-Nijemčevic Winery
The vineyards of the IN Winery are located on a picturesque hilltop, at the northernmost tip of the country, where the wine history goes back to year 236, when ancient Romans planted the first vines in their provinces.
Today the same soil still grows beautiful grapes, which are, with skill and love, processed into wines of unique purity.
Ilic Nijemcevic wines are created combining centuries of tradition, ideal climate, as well as love and respect that the two families cultivate towards wine. This is felt in every glass and every drop.
You will have a chance to walk through the vineyards, try the grapes, follow the entire production process, including a visit to the 1863. Wine cellar, that is still used in its original form.
The wines produced are Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Rhine Riesling, Italian Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Frankovka, Red Wine, Merlot, Rose Muscat and Rose Blue.
